The hospitality team is in charge of planning a variety of events. Two of the most significant events hosted by GSF are the Tuesday luncheon and Friday F.I.S.H (Friday International Supper and Hospitality) dinner for international students, which are funded by partnerships with Global Friendship Ventures as well as contributions from individuals in the local community and churches. Additionally, the hospitality team arranges a monthly event where international students can have dinner with American families, promoting a sense of community among all members of GSF.
Our team, volunteers and community partners provide all the necessary meals. Not only do we provide wonderful home-cooked food, we also provide insightful messages/engaging activities that we hope can help our International friends during their stay here in America.
Our team appreciates the unwavering support and generosity of our community and volunteers as we strive to create connections between our International and American communities. We aim to transform short-term visitors into long-term friends through various activities, including messages from our fellow students, meals with local community members/mentors, and relaxing games during stressful times. We're committed to providing whatever assistance our International friends require.
